Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join their team. As a BT, you will work with children on the autism spectrum using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to build skills and document progress. No prior experience in behavioral health is required.
Requirements
- Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving
