Behavior Technician

Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join their team. As a BT, you will work with children on the autism spectrum using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to build skills and document progress. No prior experience in behavioral health is required.

Requirements

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving
