Job Description
The Clinical Director oversees and manages the operations and administrative functions of the clinic, directly supervising and mentoring clinicians to ensure high-quality services for clients.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services discipline
- At least 5 years' experience as a Lead BCBA, Supervisor or Senior Therapist
- Proven leadership experience
- Natural ability to interact with children
- Critical thinking skills, with strong analytical abilities
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute and achieve results
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
