Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

Carboline Global, Inc is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and design lean manufacturing goals and strategies for improving operations and processes. The person in this position will manage all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement by employing lean methodologies and tools to accomplish business objectives.

Requirements

• 4 years Chemistry, Engineering degree or Minimum of 3+ years equivalent experience in a CI role
• Formal training in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules. Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training
