Job Description
Design and develop innovative mechanical designs for products, components, or systems using CAD software and engineering best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and site maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in rotating equipment design and development
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of engineering calculations, including stress analysis, thermal analysis, and rotordynamics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
