Job Description
As a Process Engineer Co-op, you will support engineering and operating activities at Carbon Engineering's Innovation Centre. You will collaborate with the engineering and production team to support improvements to process units, execution test campaigns, data analysis, and plant troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institute
- Relevant BEng program (Chemical, Process, Systems, Mechanical) preferred
- Motivated curiosity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and noisy work environment
- Safe handling of chemical products is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a chemical/plant environment
- Strong understanding of core engineering principles (thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, fluid dynamics)
