Lead Product Development Manager

We are seeking a Lead Product Development Manager to join our team at Carbon, where you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our customers achieve a measurable competitive advantage through our technology. You will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end technical journey for customers, managing complex programs, and providing team leadership through influence and example.

Requirements

• Ownership of The 'Path to Production': Define and execute the end-to-end technical journey for customers
• Project Execution: Establish ownership of one or more highly complex programs by turning strategic initiatives into executable plans
• Matrix Management: Provide consistent team leadership through influence and example
• Multi-Disciplinary Integration: Orchestrate specialized engineering workstreams
• Risk & Barrier Removal: Proactively identify'showstoppers' in the production lifecycle and enlist technical resources to solve them
• Program Governance: Establish the frameworks for reporting and milestone tracking
• Production Qualification: Lead the rigorous verification and validation processes
• Customer Success Engineering: Act as a technical interface for the customer at all levels of the organization
