Job Description
Carbon Robotics is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to assemble, test, and quality control sub-assembly parts for the LaserWeederTM, a cutting-edge farming technology that uses advanced robotics, computer vision, and lasers to eliminate weeds. The role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and collaboration with the Manufacturing Supervisor and other team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly, calibration, and quality control processes, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly of electronic or mechanical components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructions
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of optical systems, electronics, and sensors
