Job Description
As a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator, you will manage the efficient flow of outbound goods, handle scheduling, documentation, and carrier communication to ensure timely delivery. You will verify order accuracy, prepare packing lists/labels, resolve shipping errors, and maintain inventory records.
Requirements
- 3+ years in receiving, inventory, or production control within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong understanding of BOMs, work orders, and inventory transactions
