Job Description
Carbon Robotics is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer, System to work on building AI and robotics products. The team will design and implement robot side features and algorithms, and the candidate will be involved in the design and implementation of robot system software and develop tooling to support high-performance robotics algorithms.
Requirements
- Experience as a System Software Engineer building on machine and in the cloud software with 5+ years of programming in C++ and Python.
- Proficiency with modern Linux development environments (e.g. bash, git, docker, etc.)
- Proficiency with web services (REST/GRPC)
- Experience with robotic and computer vision algorithms is beneficial
- General knowledge of observability tools (ex: Prometheus ecosystem) is a plus
