Job Description
Join Carbon Robotics as a Wiring Harness Engineer and be part of the team that designs and lays out the wiring interconnect system for the Carbon Robotics LaserWeederTM. Work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team to design revolutionary products and ensure reliable and safe products for customers.
Requirements
- Work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team to design revolutionary products
- Responsible for the design of electrical harnesses for power distribution, grounding, RF, communication and high-speed data signal
- Quickly prototype, troubleshoot, and iterate designs for the electrical wiring systems with ownership and deep collaboration
- Design and integration of harness routing and support brackets and writing work instructions for hardware installation
- Support the assembly and testing of cables and harnesses during initial engineering development all the way through post sales support
- Deliver results through project planning, task management and delegation and problem solving efforts to iterate quickly
