Job Description
Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 1-2 years work experience Process Mapping & Analysis in a BPO/ Shared Services space
- Experience in process analysis and improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Principles knowledge and experience
- Strong business process and workflow analytical skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
- MS Office Tools Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word)
- SQL, PowerBI or Tableau knowledge (optional)
- Business Process Management tool like Verint DPA and ProHance knowledge (optional)
- Willingness to work US Hours / Night Shift
