Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management

Cardinal Health is seeking an Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management to join their team. The successful candidate will work on clinical and administrative processes to capture, bill, and collect patient service revenue. The role involves submitting medical documentation, researching denied claims, and preparing claims for transmission. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• HS, GED, bachelor's degree in business related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 2 + years' experience within Revenue Cycle Management preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environment
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding
• Competent with computer systems, software and 10 key calculators
• Knowledge of medical terminology
