Job Description
This role as a Pharmacy Support Analyst involves working with eRecovery software to drive cost containment in a health system account by accessing free medications from pharmaceutical manufacturers' Patient Assistance Programs. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and solve problems.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work independently and solve problems on behalf of Cardinal and the customer
- Must be able to prioritize work to maximize job effectiveness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Strong telephone presence/etiquette
