Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
• Three to six years of experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use various applications simultaneously
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal relationships
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve problems in a dynamic environment
