Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in an executive strategy & development position
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field
- Strong understanding of practice management, operations, and healthcare regulations
- Experience in a Business Development or Growth role with a Managed Services Organization (MSO) or in the specialty community practice space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Oncology, Urology, or other specialties, including trends, healthcare regulations, treatment modalities, and research advancements
- Strong business acumen and financial background
- Experience with leading and managing diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
