Job Description
The Research Coordinator - Patient Screening & Enrollment is responsible for leading patient identification and enrollment coordination for industry-sponsored clinical trials, applying clinical skills to review protocols and medical records, and communicating directly with patients to support enrollment goals.
Requirements
- Clinical background or experience
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret clinical trial protocols and medical records
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CTMS or research tracking tools
