Job Description
Novocardia is looking for a Registered Nurse with high integrity and goal-oriented, a proactive team player and passionate about improving the quality of cardiology care. The RN will work remotely to provide comprehensive care management for cardiology patients, develop personalized care plans, and lead a clinical team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Current and unrestricted Florida State license & registration in the Florida Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Cardiology or Chronic Care Management experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
