Cardiovascular Institute of the South is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care to support cardiovascular physicians and other medical staff. The role involves performing triage, documentation, injections, diagnostic support, and coordination of care, among other duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Louisiana
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certified in ACLS (optional)
• Skilled in clinical documentation, EMR systems, and patient communication
• Experienced in triage, blood draws, injections, and assisting in diagnostic testing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
