The Patient Access Rep acts as the first point of contact for CIS patients and callers, operating a high-volume switchboard and scheduling patient appointments while supporting patient care through clear communication and documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems or switchboards preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and professionalism
- Experience or comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
