CardNexus is building the ultimate platform for the Trading Card Game (TCG) community. As Head of Growth, you'll define and execute the marketing strategy that propels us to become the go-to platform for the TCG community.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior growth leader in a high-growth startup, marketplace, or gaming company, with ownership over the AARR funnel.
- Strong expertise in retention marketing, including CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to implement and iterate quickly.
- Familiarity with gaming or collectible markets, with a passion for building communities around shared interests.
- Deep understanding of growth marketing, with a track record of scaling user bases through both organic and paid channels.
- Strong command of branding, storytelling, and community engagement, especially in niche or enthusiast markets.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to turn insights into action.
