Job Description
Care.com is looking for a Creative Lead - Creator in Residence to be the creative voice and on-camera face of their brand across social. The role involves concepting, creating, and editing short-form video content, and building a recognizable on-screen presence for the brand.
Requirements
- 4+ years creating high-performing social video content
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere and CapCut
- Deep fluency in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong on-camera presence
