We are looking for a Product Manager to join our CareBenefits team. The ideal candidate has a customer experience-centric mindset, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can drive growth via incremental improvements as well as large strategic projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management, with a proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to launch.
- Experience in a tech company, ideally in a client-focused or marketplace service; B2B2C exposure is a strong plus.
- At least 2 years partnering closely with engineering teams, with the ability to understand technical tradeoffs and contribute meaningfully to solutioning.
- Skilled at creating clear product requirements, designing user interfaces, and considering both customer needs and backend systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging across audiences, from developers to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and recommend practical solutions.
- A passion for continuous improvement, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
