Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe, providing real-time documentation support to healthcare providers during patient encounters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of basic medical concepts
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively capture and document medical information
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is advantageous
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
