Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health PT Weekends
RN license in WA state, 1 year of nursing experience, home health experience, ability to travel within Olympia and surrounding Thurston County
CNA Senior Living On Call
Active WA State CNA, ability to lift 50 pounds, good health, and ability to read/write/speak English
CNA Senior Living (Memory Care)
Certified in First Aid/CPR, Proficient computer skills, Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse| PT/On Call
Active LPN license & state program degree. Current CPR/First Aid. Dementia/mental health training is a plus
Physical Therapist $10,000 Sign On Bonus
PT degree & license in WA. 2+ years exp. as a PT or Home Health preferred. Self motivated with valid WA driver's license
Medical Social Worker
Master's/doctoral degree in social work, 1 year healthcare experience, or a B.A. in related field with a year of experience. Must be LICSW licensed in Washington State
Registered Nurse (RN)| Home Health
Current RN license in Washington state, 1 year of nursing experience, home health experience, ability to travel within King County, valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
