Job Description
Careage Home Health of King County is hiring a Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide social work services to patients in their home or nursing facility. The role involves providing support and advocating for patients, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and documenting their progress. The position operates under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager and a Qualified Social Worker.
Requirements
- A person who has a master's or doctoral degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, and has one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting, or
- Has a baccalaureate degree in social work, psychology, sociology or other field related to social work, and has had at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting
- Licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington.
