Requirements
- Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving recovery targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading platforms is an advantage.
