Job Description
Career Guidant is an internationally acclaimed organization in Information Technology Custom Learning Services. We are seeking a Java Developer with at least 2 years of experience in software development, knowledge of SDLC methodologies, and technical aptitude in software development tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development working with various technologies like Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or above, Web Services - SOAP or REST, JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, JBoss Application Server, Security management Tool – Siteminder.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.
- At least 2 years of experience in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with offshore team, high analytical ability, and impactful communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to participate into requirements analysis, estimation, development and code reviews activities.
