Job Description
Career Guidant is seeking a Java developer with experience in JBoss and Open Source Apache. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in software development, a bachelor's degree, and a strong analytical ability. The role involves collaborating with an offshore team and working in a global delivery environment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software development working with various technologies
- Experience in Apache Camel, Spring boot development, KAFKA Messaging system, Hazlecast caching, Apache Ignite
- Ability to write DDL, DML SQL commands and design/present conclusions gained from analyzing data
- At least 2 years of experience in handling teams in the role of a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Module Lead
- Experience in Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI will be preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working in Global Delivery model
- At least 4 years of experience in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred)
- Experience in project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects
- Ability to collaborate with offshore team
- High analytical ability and impactful communication with stakeholders
