Career TEAM is a leading workforce development organization seeking a Business Services Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or previous experience in business consulting, workforce development, or a similar role. The role will involve establishing and maintaining professional business relationships, planning and executing recruiting and hiring events, delivering presentations to employers and program participants, and assisting in implementing new Business Services programs and services with employers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in business consulting, workforce development, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions, job placement strategies, and employer engagement practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve business outcomes
