Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• Bilingual or multilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to speak and write Spanish
• Experience in public relations and in technical writing
• Experience in Career Services and Recruiting
• Experience with training and coaching in a performance-based environment
• Working knowledge of WIOA, Choices, SNAP, NCP, and all applicable local Workforce Service programs
