Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce development
• Strong academic foundation (Bachelor's or higher)
• Deep knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts/programs
• 5+ years of advanced project management
• Meticulous, critical thinking, and exceptional time-management, organization, verbal and written communication
