Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network and security infrastructure across production, disaster recovery, and test environments.

Requirements

• Administer and support network and security infrastructure across production, DR, and test environments
• Perform infrastructure hardening, upgrades, enhancements, and security patching
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and obsolescence of network systems
• Manage password and certificate renewals for network and security components
• Implement and maintain network backup operations to support business continuity and recoverability
• Execute disaster recovery activities, including DR testing and system switchovers
• Provide second-level network support and resolve incidents and problems within defined SLAs
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimise recurring incidents
• Support infrastructure and network requirements for projects and enhancements
• Plan, schedule, and implement network changes and releases in accordance with change management processes
• Maintain accurate configuration records and technical documentation
• Participate in 24/7 shift-based operational support
