Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead software development in ServiceNow applications. This is a key subject matter expert (SME) role focused on designing, building, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, while also supporting integration and backend services through Java and AWS technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Min 6 years of ServiceNow development experience, including custom application development, Service Portal, UI Policies, Business Rules, etc.
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow architecture and security models (RBAC, ACLs, etc.)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ServiceNow development) and Java (for backend services and integration)
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based integrations
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; able to handle complex technical issues independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or AWS certification is a strong plus
