We are a recruitment and career counselling company looking for a Head of E-Commerce to develop strategic plans, manage execution, and measure results. The role involves increasing sales, controlling operational costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Planning and executing strategic plans for the workgroup
• Managing execution and measuring results
• Increasing sales as per budgetary expectations while controlling operational costs
• Identifying trends and forecasting yearly budget
• Reviewing Profit & Loss statements and communicating results to management
• Collaborating with support functional teams to execute company initiatives
• Managing vendors for application improvement/bug fixing/ new features addition
• Participating in cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and increase profitability
