Job Description
Our client is seeking a Travel and Expense Lead to join the Global Service Finance Department in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on enabling operational effectiveness through process improvement and collaboration with stakeholders, particularly regarding T&E operations across 20 countries. The successful candidate will act as a business partner, driving performance and ensuring consistent, efficient, and standardized service delivery.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles (preferably P2P)
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
