Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate or leveraged lending, corporate finance, transaction services, restructuring, corporate audit, or valuations.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Solid educational background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and corporate structures.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
