Director, Founder's Office

Zapp is seeking a Director of Founder's Office to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and Executive Leadership Team. The role focuses on driving business initiatives, ensuring effective execution, and acting as an advisor to the Founder on key decisions. This is a full-time position requiring exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or senior roles within high-growth start-ups or scale-ups
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of scaling operations, strategy formulation, and change management
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
