Job Description
The North America Regional Purchasing Manager is responsible for supporting, aligning, and coordinating procurement activities across the North America region to ensure optimal sourcing conditions related to cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance, in alignment with Carel Group strategies and directives.
Requirements
- Lead supplier scouting, selection, qualification, and homologation processes
- Maintain senior-level relationships with strategic suppliers
- Support development of the annual purchasing budget
- Execute and maintain supply strategies
- Monitor supplier performance
- Manage Supplier Escalations and conflicts
- Lead sourcing improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives
- Promote and implement purchasing synergies with other Group purchasing teams
