Assistant Manager Process Engineering

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will support strategic business transformation initiatives by analyzing current state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting complex projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal team leaders.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will be responsible for project support and execution, stakeholder collaboration, analysis and insight development, methodology application, research and recommendations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• MBA/Masters from a tier 1 business school or bachelor’s degree in engineering/science from a tier I recognized university
• Healthcare Certifications and Six Sigma Green Belt are good to have but not mandatory
• Minimum 6 years’ of overall work experience
• Exposure in US healthcare is an added advantage
• Prior experience in consulting firms/customer-facing environment and internal strategy teams is a plus
• Experience in assessment and implementation of large transformation projects
