Job description
The Manager Process Improvement will lead strategic transformation initiatives by conducting thorough assessments of business priorities to identify pain points across business processes, systems, and controls. They will analyze data to quantify gaps, diagnose root causes, and conceptualize solutions that drive operational efficiency.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading high-impact business transformation programs, building strong relationships with senior leaders, and driving the full lifecycle of transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of overall work experience, with exposure in US healthcare an added advantage. They will have prior experience in consulting firms/customer-facing environment and internal strategy teams, and expertise in MS Office, Visio, and data analysis.
