Child Care Advisor

CareLuLu is seeking a Child Care Advisor in the Washington DC metro area. The role involves visiting child care providers, coaching them to improve quality and safety, and enforcing licensing regulations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, perseverance, and excellent social and communication skills.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of relevant experience in child care (not required, but ideally experience visiting or evaluating child care homes or centers)
• Owner mentality: self-motivated, sets own goals, and delivers results while working independently from home
• Tenacious, high-energy, able to overcome objections during difficult situations and keep a positive attitude
• Outstanding social skills, communication skills, and ability to think on your feet
• Extremely attentive to details with consistent error-free execution
• Must have a vehicle and ability to travel to child care programs through DC, MD, and Northern VA
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
