Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join our team as Hospice Clinical Manager, overseeing clinical operations, supervising staff, and leading interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- RN licensed in New Mexico with at least 3–5 years of clinical experience
- 1+ year of experience in hospice preferred
- Proven ability to lead clinical teams and navigate Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation
