At Corus Health, hospice care is about presence, dignity, and trust — especially in life’s most vulnerable moments. As a Hospice LPN, you’ll provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in patients’ homes while supporting families through one of the hardest seasons they will ever face.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Prior hospice experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home health, hospice, or acute care preferred)
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field while staying closely connected to the care team
- Emotional steadiness, compassion, and reliability — especially in difficult situations
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
