PCN Clinical Pharmacist (Remote)

We are seeking experienced Clinical Pharmacists, PCN Pharmacists, or Practice Pharmacists who are passionate about making a significant impact on patients' lives. Requirements

• Experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, Remote Pharmacist, or Practice Pharmacist
• Previous experience in general practice or as a GP Pharmacist
• Independent prescribing qualification (essential for prescribing roles)
• Qualification or enrollment in the CPPE Clinical Pharmacist Training pathway
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the role of a PCN Pharmacist
