Job Description
We are looking for a full-time, part-time, or PRN LPN to join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. As a charge nurse, you will provide direct care to patients, oversee nurse aides, and ensure excellent care delivery on the nursing care units.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current license in the state in which he/she is practicing.
- Maintains Licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification
- Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.
- Possesses good organizational skills and follow-up when patient situations require.
