Pre-T Nurse Aide

This position is an unlicensed team member that works in the nursing department prior to the completion of the nurse aide training program. The team member assists with various tasks such as answering call lights, passing ice and water, making patient beds, and performing non-direct care tasks assigned by the nurse or unit manager.

Requirements

• Must be willing to complete the nurse aide training program and pass the licensure test to become a STNA
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff
