Job Description
We are seeking a Regional MDS Coordinator to join our team at Carespring Healthcare Management in Loveland, OH. As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will travel to our Ohio and Kentucky facilities assessing our new/existing patients to ensure all of the care needs are addressed and documented on the MDS.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN in Ohio
- Prior experience in a long-term health care setting required
- Ability to positively interact and communicate with the leadership team in multiple facilities
- Ability to work independently and be flexible with working schedule
- RN - 29 up to $44 an hour, with shift diff
