Job Description
CARET is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to manage the marketing engine, ensuring all campaigns, launches, and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned across teams. The role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-scaling marketing organization, enabling leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring flawless execution across concurrent initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing project management or program management
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
