Requirements
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- 2nd Form of ID (Passport or Social Security Card)
- TB Test
- Home Care Aide Registration (if no previous training)
- Drug Test
- Car Insurance (if applicable)
- First Form of Identification (Fingerprint Background Check) - $125 initially, $100 reimbursement upon completion of training
