Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist

The Paint / Fiberglass Coating Specialist will work across paint, gel coat, and buff-back final finish operations to produce high-quality fiberglass components that meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• Experience in composites, fiberglass, automotive paint, or similar manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend/reach regularly, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
